Sunday Night Community group Bible and LIFE Discussion Groups

IFI Wooster offers bi-weekly community Bible and LIFE discussions exclusively tailored for international students, scholars and their families.

IFI Bible studies offer international students the chance to learn more about the Bible and to build friendships with Christian internationals. No prior knowledge of the Bible is necessary for students who want to participate in any of IFI’s weekly Bible study meetings.

In the LIFE group we identify some US American English idioms and expressions and share about US American holidays. We have interactive discussions about US and world cultural issues. And we address some of life’s big questions that really matter. We plan educational and fun group outings, events or trips every 4 to 6 weeks.
Learn English language expressions and holidays
Interact while investigating interesting cultural and life issues
        Feast on fabulous food
Experience enjoyable events and explore educational places together

Friday Bible study and LIFE discussion groups have a meal for the students, which is often provided by IFI volunteers.

Because of limited space and due to the sensitive nature of our group, we do require that all US American volunteers fill out our volunteer application and complete a training before attending.

If you have any questions about our Friday night meetings and how to get involved or you are considering doing a one-on-one Bible study with your international friend, please email Andika.
